China’s commercial banks from2005began a pilot securitization of credit assets, due to the2008financial crisis, securitization of credit assets subject to considerable controversy, it suspended the issuance of securitized products until2012to restart the securitization of credit assets and approved50billion yuan in the pilot facility. Commercial bank asset securitization of commercial banks has important practical significance and role, help to improve the management level and operational efficiency of commercial banks, commercial banks in favor of the transfer of credit risk, improve mobility, help to improve the capital adequacy ratio of commercial banks. But financial innovation has brought many economic benefits and benefits, while commercial bank credit asset securitization because of its complexity, many participants, leading to its credit risk, operational risk and other more centralized, complicated. Therefore, the development of the securitization process should always pay attention to their risks by strengthening risk management study full use of its advantages and control the risks, to promote the healthy development of China’s financial.This paper focuses on bank credit asset securitization principle, by discussing the risk of bank credit assets securitization basic theory, a bank credit risk securitization credit risk, securitization process risks and market risk. After that, in light of China’s specific situation, analyze the reasons for China’s commercial banks are experiencing these risks, as well as our current risk management of the bank securitization of credit assets, as well as existing results. By analyzing China’s commercial banks existing risk management measures, pointing out the shortcomings of China’s commercial banks risk management measures and policy recommendations of the response.
