With the reform and opening policy,the banking industry has developedrapidly,which not only stimulating the growth of national economy,but also becomingthe backbone of the economy system.Banking industry plays an important role in ourcountry’s economy system.However,with the opening policy of Chian’s banking in2006,foreign banks have got better opportunities to develop in our country.Theygained more customers because they provide better service than Chinese banks.Apartfrom the challenges from other banks in China,Chinese banks are also facingchallenges from foreign banks,which made them harder to develop.People arebecoming more and more mature and sensible with the development of socialcivilization.People also have more opportunities to choose what makes them feelcomfortable and what they really like when facing a lot of choices because the marketeconomy encourage service provider to complete.As a result,the better service a bankcan provide,the more customer it will get.Service quality is one of the corecompetitiveness of the banks.Banks must improve their core competitiveness if theywant to be successful and get more market shares in this industry.Somehow,in suchcircumstance,to improve service quality is a significant way to get more customersand maintain the relationship between banks and customers.It will also improve theloyalty of the customers.The improvement of service quality is also decisive whenfacing whether the bank can develop or not in the future.China Post saving bank Panjin A Branch was founded in2008inPanjin,Shuangtaizi District.It is one of the best banks in Panjin in recent years.Withtheir hard work these years,they have enrich their products and gain more marketshares in the city.They also provide customers with comfort and convenience.Thispaper is based on questionnaires which are issued by myself when I was an intern inthe bank.There are five types of questions,including banking environment andequipment, basic service specification and business acceptance ability, ability ofactive service, banking products.There are also two questions which customers canchose whether they want to answer or not,including solving problems and bankingVIP services.With all these questions,we can find the weakness of China Post saving banks Panjin A Branch.I also provide some improvement according my experiencein the bank.I wish these advices can satisfy customers’ needs and make them feelwarm.Wha’s more,I hope these advices can improve the competitiveness of ChinaPost saving banks Panjin A Branch in this industry.
