Small And Medium-sized Enterprise Network Financing Model Research

Network financing model is the combined production of Internet technology, electronic commerce and banking management system, but due to its time is shorter, it still has some limitations. This paper starts from the limitations of network financing model, by reference to domestic and foreign financing and targets to optimize network financing model, in order to improve the efficiency of SME network financing models.Small and medium-sized enterprise financing problem is the research object of this article, so this article firstly analyze the existing mode of network finance operation mechanism in classification and analyzes the causes of network finance, and then analyzes the similarities and differences between network refinancing and offline from the target customers characteristics, transaction costs and risk control. From the platform bonding with the enterprise, credit risk, and work efficiency this article in-depth analyses the financing mode of the limitations of the existing network.On the analysis of the domestic and international network of borrowing mode, the supply chain financing model, and small and medium-sized enterprise mutual guarantee mode, this article optimize the network financing mode by selecting network financing platform and financial institutions competition cooperation relations, the source of funds and financing platform network financing platform for innovative guarantee mode three aspects. The optimized network changes financing platform and financial institutions competitive relationship into a partnership; increases the private capital for small and medium-sized enterprises credit mode; Uses the network supply chain focus on credit and the small and medium-sized enterprise financing system of mutual guarantee mode stable network. Finally based on the existing network financing model and optimization this article designs the optimized network financing process, analysis the network main functions of the various financing models, and studies the status of industry case.
