Because Internet technology can effectively improve the situations of information asymmetry and high transaction costs,as a new financing channel,network credit begins to be new financing method for many small and medium-sized enterprises.How commercial banks develop the network credit business of small and medium-sized enterprises through the advantages of Internet has active significance for solving the financial difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises and the transformation and upgrading of commercial banks.Firstly,on the basis of the arrangement and analysis of the related theories on small and medium-sized enterprises' financing and Internet finance,the article interpret s the situation and development prospect of small and medium-sized enterprises and Internet finance.Then,connecting the practices of network credit business of small and medium-sized enterprises of Zhejiang Branch of JH Bank,applying the analytic method of SWOT analyzes their own strengths,internal weaknesses,development opportunities and potential threats.In the end,aiming at the existing problems of developing network credit business of small and medium-sized enterprises for Zhejiang branch of JH bank,provide correspondent improvement measures.The possible innovation of the article lies in if Zhejiang Branch of JH bank wants to develop further the credit business of small and medium-sized enterprises,firstly,they should focus on their own big data construction and take supply chain financing business as the breakthrough,secondly,they need to expand and deepen the cooperation with e-commerce platform and improve the internal management related to network credit business.
