Over the past30years, several generations of people adhere to the inheritance anddevelopment of public transport, the Shenzhen bus group can be sustained and healthygrowth, and become well-known domestic transportation enterprises. However, withthe new national energy strategy, environmental protection strategy, the city ofShenzhen on the bus franchise reform, cost of regulation policy and a series of policies,as well as the rise of East of Shenzhen city bus, the bus, the Shenzhen subway to busshunt, Shenzhen bus group both external business environment, and internalmanagement reform faces huge challenge. Especially the non-value added activitiesgroup internal management becomes more lengthy and tedious, it will increase thegroup unnecessary economic burden, hindering the group completed sales tasks.Therefore, how to adapt to the future subsidy policy change, strengthen internalcoordination effect, eliminate non value added node group management, reduce cost,cultivate the core competitiveness of the group, both social benefit and the interests ofshareholders in the fierce market competition, and become the important problem ofShenzhen bus group business development.This paper on the basis of the review of related research theory, to Shenzhen busgroup as the research object, to the internal value chain as the breakthrough point anddeep analysis of current situation and problems of the group’s internal value chainmanagement, the specific optimization measures are put forward based on specificissues.
