Research On The Optimization Of The Internal Value Chain Management Of TCL White Electricity Co.,Ltd

After rapid development for30years, China’s household appliance industrytends to be more mature and a number of outstanding enterprises are growing rapidly.However, household appliance industry exists many problems which like that nonvalue-added activities of internal management becomes more and more lengthy andtedious when it is in a brilliant performance. Therefore, the enterprises rectifyinappropriate management timely, such as strengthening synergies within theenterprise and the effective integration of strategic activities. All of these will promotethe continuity of valuable creation and reduce the cost, and enhance the competitiveadvantage.On the basis of the theoretical researches of scholars from domestic and foreign,this paper uses an example of TCL White Electricity Co., Ltd. It analyzes theproblems deeply by investigating the current situation of the management of theinternal value chain, and draws the corresponding improvement scheme. The resultsshow that there are four problems. Firstly, production process of unvalue-added jobcontrol does not reach the designated position such as appropriately cutting andeliminate unnecessary business process during production, strengthening the costcontrol in the process of production orders implementation, establishing andperfecting the supervision and management mechanism, increasing enforcement ofproduction inspection. Secondly, internal sales management has not enough control,such as dividing responsibility, improving the system of rewards and punishments,strengthening the control of sales price. Thirdly, the management pays less attentionon the cost control about the value chain, such as strengthening the control of thedominant cost and the hidden costs. Fourthly, Weak information systems can notsupport the value chain management. Therefore, this paper draws the correspondingoptimization solution by discussing the ideas, the method and the direction, whichcontains improvement of production operation in the value chain operation,strengthening sales management control, strictly controlling the cost, improving theinformation management system such as setting up the value chain managementapplication system in order to strengthen the internal control, upgrading the companyinformation management system, improving the sub module coupling to realize thesharing of resources.
