Sustainable Development Of Small And Medium Enterprises In Anhui Province

Since the reform has opende up three decades, China’s economy has got rapid development of SMEs in the economy,which constituted an important component of the national economy; at the same time, as increasing the number of SMEs to solve quite a large part of our surplus labor to ease the employment pressure.But in the process of continuous development of SMEs is to encounter a lot of problems, severely limits the development and growth of SMEs, so the issue of sustainable development of SMEs in the development of our economy and society plays a very important role. SMEs in Anhui Province is also facing the same problem, so this paper on the status of sustainable development of SMEs in Anhui, sustainable development put forward a number of practical measures to help small and medium enterprisesThis paper is divided into five parts:The first part of the introduction, including background and significance of sustainable development of SMEs, the object of study and research framework; part two development status of SMEs in Anhui sustainability, query and analysis, Anhui SMEs through nearly five years of data, analysis of the current status of some of the sustainable development of SMEs in Anhui Province; part three, the sustainable development of SMEs in Anhui problems were analyzed in terms of the internal management of SMEs, technology innovation, human resource management.Part four external environment; countermeasures were put forward from the internal management and external environment in two ways.
