Under the background of financial crisis, many changes have taken place in theconsumption behavior of Chinese residents, also showed some new features. The newchanges in consumer behavior is the objective result of economic development inChina under the background of financial crisis, studying consumption behavior ofresidents, On whether the optimal allocation of resources and industrial structureadjustment, guide the healthy consumption, promote the production, consumption,investment of three coordinated development, helping the government to formulatereasonable macroeconomic policies, has very important practical significance toensure sustained and healthy development of national economy. This paper will puthouse prices, consumer behavior, consumer income and other variables into the modelof mathematical economics and microeconomics. This paper put prices, consumerbehavior, consumer income and other variables into the optimal choice of consumersmodel, considering all the factors, to test how consumption behavior ofresidents inthe dynamic panel model infect price fluctuations, the empirical analysis of multiangle using the annual data of31provinces in China. Research shows that: thefinancial crisis in China from2007to2012this years, China’s urban residents affectedby strong consumption habits and income sensitivity; fluctuation from the nationallevel under the background of financial crisis, residents of clothing consumptionbehavior of prices of the positive impact on prices, savings behavior is positive,influence the behavior of traffic consumption the price is positive, serviceconsumption on housing related effects on prices, food consumption is negative, thecontrol variable (disposable income, marriage, education)impact on prices: the effectsof income on housing prices is positive, the effect of education on prices is positive,negative effects of marriage on prices influence consumption; behavior of urbanresidents in China on the prices of existing area more obvious difference. The regionalempirical results show that: in the eastern region, development center should beplaced in the lower savings rate, consumption. The third industry in central regionunderdeveloped, life modernization degree is low, the impact on prices. So the focusof the development of the central region is driven by strengthening the role of serviceindustry. Western region economy development level is not developed, the level ofeducation is poor, lower population density. The focus should be put on thedevelopment of the local economy, improve the level of education.
