Since reform and opening, with the rapid growth of China’s economy, the real estate market has entered a rapid development of the channel.Especially since1998, China abolished the welfare housing system since the development of individual housing market entered a new era. Since2002, commercial housing prices rising year after year, resulting in serious bubble economy, not only constrains the purchasing power of residents of housing consumption, affecting the sustainable development of the national economy, is not conducive to a fair and stable society. Status of development of real estate market, but also aroused great attention of government departments, stable prices has become the focus of discussion.For this government introduced a series of policies control the property market, including credit policy (mortgage interest rate floor), administrative policies (limit, the purchase of the policy), etc., but the results were not satisfactory.2011, individual housing property tax reform policies crashed the introduction of the regulation of the property market is considered to be the "ultimate weapon."Property tax reform involves not only improve the real estate tax, related to tax administration reform, also related to a change in the pattern of non-coordinated social resources, but also related to the real estate market as the pillar of development, it is " indeed affects a whole,"the major event.Regulatory effect on property taxes on the property market, the public has also been given high expectations.
