Research On The Application Of Appraising Jingxin Pharmaceutical Value Based On AHP-Fuzzy Evaluation Method

Abstract:With the society coming into the knowledge economy and information technology era,human capital,technological innovation as well as customer resources have become the important factors in the development of enterprises. More and more facts show that intangible capital is becoming the main power to promote the development of knowledge-based enterprises, it is also the main driving factors for the value creation, which makes the gap between the enterprise’s market value and book value greater. Therefore, to choose the appropriate method to evaluate enterprise value has great significance.Based on this,this paper studies the application of appraising Jingxin Pharmaceutical value based on AHP-Fuzzy Evaluation Method. This paper studies the status quo of enterprise value theory at home and abroad,and then analyzes the current research of AHP-Fuzzy Evaluation Method used in Enterprise Value Assessment.Then this paper makes a comparative analysis of the existing business valuation methods,based on Enterprise Value Theory and the Theory of Business Valuation.By analyzing the current situation, enterprise value and its key drivers of Jingxin Pharmaceutical, this article designs AHP-Fuzzy evaluation method to systematically analyze financial categories oand non-financial indicators. This article uses traditional business valuation methods and AHP-Fuzzy Evaluation Method for Jingxin Pharmaceutical companies to assess its value, and sums up the defects of traditional valuation and the applicability of AHP-Fuzzy evaluation method, then promotes the AHP-Fuzzy evaluation method.Based on the applied research of AHP-Fuzzy Evaluation Method in Jingxin Pharmaceutical Value Assessment,this article will provide a reference to assess enterprise value of high-tech enterprises or other types of enterprises and all kinds of economic behavior.
