Human being has entered the 21st century, which is a time with quickly growing enonomy and full of uncertainty. Competition in manufacturing is getting fierce every day, and as result, the profit in this business has been shrinking. Western scholars argue that in today's market, the competition really exisits between one supplier chain against another instead of between individual enterprise. To increase the competitiveness, enterprises strengthen the management on their supplier chains. To a great degree, constant competitiveness of enterprises depends on their management ability over their supplier chains. This article is trying to detail a complete supplier chain assessment structure to help manufacturing enterprises identify their level of supplier chain management, existing problems and future forecast.This article mainly focuses on study over SCM of medium and small enterprises, and selected company CE as a study sample. It conducts a systematic analysis on SCM structure, management model, inventory control, business process reengineering, and information management for company CE. Through in depth analysis, we will identify the key factors which would impact the SCM performance. Based on above, we will establish an assessment system, aiming to improve the efficiency of the SCM. We will also adopt 5 blocks of SCM model, supplier management, inventory control, business process and information management, customer relations management and financial performance as lever 1 index. The key indexes in 5 blocks will serve lever 2 index.This article conducted analysis through AHP, Delphi, Weight factor judgment table method, from which we identified the index assessment by selecting Weight factor judgment table method, Furthermore, we selected Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to conduct a fuzzy analysis on Company CE in regard to 5 associated blocks. In which we figured out the management level of the 5 blocks. At the end, we use this method to rate the company's overall performance. With the secured rate we are able to analyze the weakness of the company's management.
