The purpose of this thesis is to discuss the problem of ticket pricing of thetourism scenic spots.The paper is divided into five chapters:The first chapter is the introduction section.,which presents research background,the motiveand significance of the study.Analyze research situation at home and abroad.On this basis,weproposes this paper’s research content and mentality.The second chapter is the theoreticalfoundation of ticket pricing of the tourism scenic spots.Understanding the tourism scenic spotstypes and the related theoretical basis from the basic concept of tourism scenic spots and theirticket prices,we reveal the basic attributes of tourism scenic spots,defining the research object istourism scenic area which is based on the quasi-public products.Then further analyze the severalkinds of pricing methods commonly used in tourism scenic spots.The third chapter is theoreticalmodel of tourism scenic spots ticket pricing.Analyzing the influencing factors of tourism scenicspots ticket pricing and discussing the relationship between the various factors and the ticket priceof scenic spots is to build the theoretical model of the scenic spots ticket pricing.The fourthchapter is scenic spots ticket pricing based on the different stages of tourism development.Studythe ticket pricing of tourism scenic spots from the early stage,balance stage and advantagestage.The fifth chapter is the conclusion and prospect.The thesis summarizes the conclusions ofthe preceding analysis and points out innovation as well as pending further study the issue.This thesis focuses on the content of chapter3and chapter4.In chapter3,the influencefactors of the scenic spot ticket pricing is divided into three categories:tourism marketfactors,tourism scenic area operation income factors and their own value factors.And thenelaborate10influencing factors:resources grade,scenic area level,operating costs,additionalrevenue,profit,the government’s fiscal subsidies,scenic spots tourists amounts,the ecologicalenvironmental capacity,tourists affordability and other factors under the marketenvironment.Present the relationship between the various factors and the ticket price of scenicspots to build the theoretical model of the scenic spots ticket pricing.The fourth chapter is scenic spots ticket pricing based on the different stages of tourism development.This section expounds the division of tourism development stage,which is dividedinto three stages:early stage,balance stage and advantage stage.Then build the correspondingscenic spots ticket pricing model based on the different operating characteristics and managementobjectives of the three stages.Systematically analyze the scenic spots’implementing managementstrategies at various stages,recite three different corresponding examples to demonstrate pricingmodels and give reasonable suggestions.The main innovative point of this thesis has three aspects:the concept of three different stagesof the scenic area development process applies to the study of the scenic spots ticket pricing:earlystage,balance stage and advantage stage;There are many qualitative research on the study of scenicspots ticket pricing model,but quantitative research is few.This thesis establishes three differentpricing model in different stages of the scenic area development for quantitative analysis;Thisthesis builds the scenic spots ticket pricing theory model according to the the relationship betweenvarious influencing factors and scenic spots ticket pricing.
