Study On Ticket Price Theories And Programs

With the development of economic,the process of urbanization and motorization,the growing contradiction between supply and demand outstanding urban traffic, the traffic jams has become one of bottleneck restricting the development of the city. According to domestic and foreign experience, Urban rail transit for its fast, safe, punctual, comfortable, large volume, is great meanings to alleviate the current traffic problems.Rail transit systems have been more perfect in many foreign cities, and they are also planning or under construction in our many cities, so the issue of rail transit ticket pricing will emerge.This article first describes the rail transit system and the theory and method of rail transit ticket pricing, learn at home and abroad urban rail transit system, analyzes the factors that affect the ticket system; Simultaneously analyzes the domestic and foreign present situation,the principle and the method of urban rail transit ticket pricing. Based on Xi'an transportation and the travel demand status of the residents, according to the traffic status of Xi'an Metro Line,this paper investigats the rail traffic demand of Xi'an Metro Line and the ticket price plans, analyzes the datas, meanwhile, predicts passenger flow of Xi'an Metro Line in operation initial period,and then provides the reference for the following ticket price formulation. Through analyzing several kinds of fixed price models of urban rail transit, then obtains the average ticket price, the basic fare, the fare proposals and recommend of Xi'an Metro Line. Through testing the passenger flow and from the interests of social, rail companies, passengers to establish the AHP model, then carry on the overall target evaluation to the ticket price plans. Finally, determine the final program of the Xi'an Metro Line's ticket price, simultaneously propose the ticket price preferential policy and the suggestion, it will be a reasonable fare to develop programs for the future of other urban rail transit vote a reference for setting fares...
