With the arrival of the era of knowledge economy, more and more companies recognize that human resources have become the core competitiveness of enterprises an important factor. Companies want to attract talent, retain key employees, increase their satisfaction with the organization and loyalty, it must be employer branding. However, most of our businesses, employer branding does not get enough attention, which causes decreased employee satisfaction, loyalty, reduce staff turnover rate increases.The concept was first employer brand management expert by the famous British race Mongolia·Barlow (Simon Barrow) and the London Business School Tim·An Bola (Tim Ambler) proposed. They help in marketing and marketing methods, the "brand" concept into corporate talent management, employer branding theory began. Them through the research pointed out:"employer brand embodies employment practices by employers to provide and linked with functional benefits, economic benefits and psychological benefits of combinations. Employer brand embodies provided by employment practices and functions linked with employers, economic and psychological benefits combined. functional benefits an employer provides to employees in favor of professional development or other activities and opportunities, economic interest refers to the employers to pay employees, and psychological benefits are payable when employment is generated in the work vest, the direction and objectives and other aspects of feelings and experiences."Employer brand is an important part of the enterprise’s mission, values and experience of staff together, to their existing and potential employees a good working environment, remuneration system and the learning and development function, experiential and symbolic value, increase their visibility and reputation.CF Company is an important one aviation manufacturing enterprises in recent years, with the state’s emphasis on the defense industry, CF Company has been rapid development, and the demand for talent has become increasingly intense. To this end, CF Research Company after the decision, the company launched the CF employer branding project.In this paper, CF’s employer branding project for the study, elaborated employer branding theory and the theory of project management related to the basic theory, and then analyze the CF Company’s human resources and problems, discusses the CF employer branding company necessity and importance. Finally the actual situation of the company from the CF, corporate culture, and corporate environment to provide enterprise management system related to the perspective of the company proposed CF employer branding project specific content and implementation.
