| In recent years, in order to further facilitate the people handling the driving problems, Sichuan province postal outlets gradually provides the collection of forfeit and part of driving problem services to all drivers for the traffic police. In the close cooperation of both sides, driving management intermediate business has paid off, but the business still exists many problems, such as has not been carried out in the whole province and the customer accounts is low. In this background, this paper explores the improvement of driving management business based on the theory of consumer behavior, finding the factors that influence the customers behavior intention.The logic structure of this paper is:first, summarizing the present situation and the existing problems of driving management business, making questionnaire about the intention to choosing driving management business of Chengdu citizens based on the theory of TRA and TPB, collect the data at the same time.Then, compare the result of the questionnaire with the data from driving management business of Sichuan postal, build logistic regression based on factor analysis. The result showed the Driving management behavior intention is significantly affected by subjective norm and perceived behavioral control, convenient service and good reputation is the most value of the customer, at the same time, higher education, unmarried and have longer motor vehicle or driver’s license customers have the higher probability to choose driving management business.Finally, on the basis of the above theory and empirical, put forward the concrete operation suggestions for the promotion and development of Driving management business of Sichuan postal. |
