In recent two years,with the rapid development of P2P and other Internet lending platforms,more and more college students are involved in the lending market.College students have gradually become one of the main parts of the credit market.The credit market is very huge and it has a huge space for development.Now various financial institutions are cognizant of the great importance to the development of consumer credit market for college students.Nowadays,many kinds of lending products emerge in an endless stream.Students gradually become one of the main subject of the credit market.College Students' credit has also played a positive role in improving the quality of College Students' life and supporting college students' entrepreneurship.College Students' credit has brought convenience to the college students' daily life,but it also brings many hidden dangers.Because of the blind spot of the government and the asymmetry of information,the credit risk of many network loan platforms is frequent.The recent negative events on Co'llege Students' credit have caused intense social discussion and those events seriously weakened the credit will of college students.This research mainly investigates the credit intention and the influencing factors of college students through questionnaire survey.Based on the existing research at home and abroad,we deeply discusst the theory of current college students willing to credit and combine the actual situation and the credit development,finally we define the concept of the core.With the integration of the TAM model and UTAUT model,we design the questionnaire from the five dimensions of perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use,contributing factors,social factors and the individual characteristics.And we conduct field research in Harbin University of Commerce.Based on the data obtained from the survey,the Logistic model is established and the empirical analysis is carried out.The result of the study shows that the overall modern willingness of college students is weak.Several factors,such as grade,achievement,family City,consumption arrangement,hobbies,loan experience,understanding of credit and risk degree,have a significant impact on College Students' credit willingness.According to the results of the study,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward to avoid risks and maximize the positive role of College Students' consumer credit.
