Study On Status Quo And Countermeasures Of Agricultural Advanced Suitable Technologies Application In Zhejiang Province

Agricultural technology is an important support of agricultural modernization. That strengthening the role of innovation and intension of agricultural advanced and applicable technology, is a practical requirement for implement No.1central document in2012, Several Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Accelerating the Development of Agricultural Technology and Further Enhancing the Supply of Agricultural Products Security, and for the promotion of increasing agricultural production and farmers’ income, and stimulating rural development.The research objects at Zhejiang’s recommended agricultural advanced and applicable technology in the recent6years between2007to2012, by comprehensively summarizing and Individually analyzing, holding site forum and making survey, collects and sorts advanced and applicable technology recommended by department of agriculture of Zhejiang province from2007to2012, mainly investigates the characteristically access to technology and application characteristics, summarizes the typical experience and effects of the technical application, analysis problems in the technology extension, presents corresponding measures of improving technology application rate.The main achievements of the study are as followings:1. The characteristics of Zhejiang’s recommended agricultural advanced and applicable technology in recent years are rich types, wide industry coverage and extension. The main effects of extension reflect in increasing production, reducing costs and disaster, improving effects, promoting the transformation of the production mode, and so on.2. The township agricultural cadres are still the main access to get technology, the role of agricultural objects in extension and media in promotion is increasingly apparent.3. The rate of extension of advanced and applicable technology performance in7aspects: technologies are higher than varieties, strategic industries are higher than leading industries, new objects are higher than ordinary farmers, simple technologies are higher than complex technologies, technologies with quick results are higher than slow results, greatly promoted technologies are higher than ordinarily ones, plain area are higher than plateau.4. The main measures of extension of advanced and applicable technology are sample demonstration, leading of training and propaganda, stimulation of policy and projects, assistance of service and guide, supervision force, and cultivating objects.5. The extension of advanced and applicable technology still has its problems, like the unsatisfactory extension rates, inadequate wideness coverage, and insufficient contribution rates, technology is difficult to reflect its effect consequently.6. It presents some corresponding measures to improve technical success rate and contribution rate, and to expand technical extension, for example, deeply accelerating technological innovation, strengthening the generalization ability of agricultural department, consummating multi extension network, strengthening the cultivation of technology application subjects, and increasing political support.
