Research On Risk Management Of XYZ Group Securitization

Asset securitization refers to specific activities of issuing securities on underlyingassets based on future cash flows. Asset securitization has many characteristics, such asmany participants, professional, more structured. In Western society, it has been widelyapplied and developing rapidly, it has become a highly innovative and feasibility offinancial instruments.Compared with the western, the development of asset securitization in our country isstill in primary stage. Not a sound legal environment and market environment is the maincause of its slow development. China’s existing laws and regulations not only failed to meetthe needs of the securitization transactions even hindered the development of securitization,on the other hand, China’s current asset securitization intermediary service agencies alsolack of a standardized system of standards. In this paper, through the research on riskmanagement of asset securitization behavior of XYZ Group combined with China’s legalenvironment and economic environment, focused on the related issues of assetsecuritization, and put forward suggestions and measures for its risk management.
