Development Of Cost Control Management System In Electric Power Construction Enterprises

With the development of computer network technology, database technology,storage technology and information systems technology, people can plan andmanage data more effectively, streamline office processes and improve efficiencyassisted by computer softwares. Currently, due to changes in economic globalization,competition for resources and competitive platform for change and improve thespeed competition, the competitive environment that companies faced with hasdramatic changes. Enterprise information characterized by computer networkapplications is the inevitable trend of enterprise’s development. Enterprise resourceplanning (ERP) has become the mainstream of the enterprise informationmanagement at present. So, ERP has important meaning to improve the managementlevel of enterprises.For the construction of thermal power enterprises, there are still non-standardproblems in the management of cost control. Therefore, it is necessary to develop anERP system to improve the management of cost control. In this paper, combinedwith the characteristics of electric power construction enterprises, we studied anddeveloped a cost control management system for the electric power constructionenterprises.After a thorough study of electric power construction enterprise cost controlmanagement both home and broad and some related software technology, this paperdescribes the analysis of the demands for electricity construction cost controlmanagement systems; then the Smart Client end based on Microsoft ’s.NET frame isdesigned for the the characteristics of the subjects studied system, the overallstructure and sub-module functions of the system has been described in detail,while the system database design and network hardware overall design are described;finally the power construction enterprise cost control management systemdevelopment process and its function are described whilse the operation method ofsystem, key technology and implementation are described.The system is now running at many actual power construction companies andrunning well.
