Thermal Power Construction Enterprise Project N Cost Control Research

Due to the restrictions on thermal power projects, thermal power construction enterprises have to reduce their quotations in order to survive in the increasingly fierce competition. While profit is in decline, how to reduce the cost of the project is more important to thermal power construction enterprises to enhance the core competitiveness.This paper uses the principle of cost control, using literature research and case analysis methods to do the research. First, analysis cost control theory and WBS work breakdown and earned value theory.Then, through analysis thermal power construction management to expounds the present situation of thermal power construction, and put forward ideas to improve project cost control.The paper through strengthened the principle of cost control, point out that an enterprise should do target cost planning, formed clear of responsibility phase combines cost management system, and control the cost by full processing and all staff. It focus on WBS work decomposition and earned value method, to thermal power construction Enterprise Project n for case, according to the cost control implementation in the encountered of problem proposed solution countermeasures, synthesizing will target cost, WBS work decomposition and earned value method in order to control the cost of thermal power construction Enterprise engineering project construction well.
