Study On The Industry Spatial Layout Of Historic Towns In Suzhou Based On The View Of Preservation

The History towns in suzhou has a long history and culture, and it is also very well developed inindustrial economy. Historic towns have to meet the conservation and development needs. With therapid development of economy, the protection of Suzhou history town is also faced with unprecedentedpressure, and industrial development with spatial layout both influence or determine the effectiveness ofthe protection of historic towns largely. Through study its development of industry and spatial layout,this paper aims to provide countermeasures systematically for coordinating the relationship betweenhistoric preservation and the development of industry in history towns, and as the referencecountermeasure for other historical or general towns to provide historic preservation and urbancharacteristics maintenance in the course of industrial development.Papers carried out research in three areas with historic preservation-oriented and industrial spacefor research subjects: First, expand the base research of historic town and the industrial developmentassociated with the content, draw the dialectical relationship between historic preservation andindustrial development, and thereby delineate the content level of an investigation into the industrialspace; Secondly, research its historic preservation and industry development content, contact theforegoing elements of industrial space drawn deeper investigation in Suzhou history town, Summarizefour areas characteristics in industrial development, industrial land development trends, spatial layoutpatterns and spatial design features, analysis the appropriate characteristics by historic preservationrequirements, feature extraction related inducements; Moreover, according to the results of the above,contact the Suzhou basic principles of historic preservation and industrial development goals, come upwith strategies from two aspects in industrial development and spatial layout, meanwhile building theappropriate planning and management support system.
