Study On Spatial Structure Layout And Collaborative Development Of Luzhou Tuojiang New Town Under The Background Of New-type Urbanization

21^st century is one new city era,under the background of profound change in international economic environment,our country accelerates to promote urbanization construction.While because of the complex and staged features of economic,social,city development level and other problems involved in urbanization construction project development itself,lacking of the guidance of complete system specification system and systematic urban planning,the development of urbanization emerges much blindness and uncertainty,which is urgent to be solved with effective methods and ways.It could be said that the trend of urbanization is overpowering,the development of urbanization exist opportunities and challenges.Thus new-type urbanization is the inevitable choice of city's benign development.The new-type urbanization should pay more attention on the comprehensive and functional features of urbanization construction,the factors of people,ecological environment,low-carbon environmental protection,building good living environment and other contents.This paper sets the related basic theories of urbanization as the support,then makes new-city as the important spatial carrier of urbanization,thus conducts discussion on the spatial structure layout and collaborative development of Luzhou Tuojiang new town.Firstly,this paper discusses the basic theories,including urbanization,sustainable development,industrial cluster and other basic theories of urbanization and new-type urbanization.Through the comparison analysis,it summaries the development history of urbanization in the three developed countries of England,America and Japan.After this,it explains the enlightenment from the new-city cases in France,Finland and our country,so as to provide references for the urbanization construction of Luzhou Tuojiang new town.Secondly,based on the understanding of connotation of new-type connotation,this paper analyzes the current state of Luzhou Tuojiang new town,then summaries the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats at current state.Thirdly,it studies the development strategy of Tuojiang new town,expounds the strategy position,development target,development thought and primary mission of Tuojiang new town,then it conducts strategy analysis on the spatial structure layout of new town.Finally,this paper intensifies the concept of collaborative development of new-type urbanization,and then makes explanation on improving system security,optimizing financing channel,improving new city planning system,strengthening urban operation and other aspects.This paper sets them as the detailed case of new-type urbanization development,so as to provide some thoughts and beneficial references for the typical modes and universal experience of urbanization construction in western region of our country.
