The project is based on strategic decision-making mechanism basis of chaos theoryprinciples, for the analysis tools of the logistic equation, the chaotic neural network, thebalanced scorecard and fuzzy evaluation method, and combined with traditional strategicmanagement theory. The thesis deepens the level of corporate strategic decision-makingsystem integrated research, expands the connotation and extension of the corporate strategicdecision-making process, and increases the practicality and operability of the corporatestrategic decision-making process model.The paper firstly expatiate the research’s background, purpose and significance, andanalyses the national and foreign works related. It finds that only some concepts of chaostheory are mostly used to qualitatively analyze and explicate some phenomenon and problemsin the corporate strategy system. However, the research of enterprise’s strategicdecision-making mechanism based on the operating principle of the dynamic evolution is stillblank; Secondly, the paper analyzes the chaos and complexity of the corporate strategicdecision-making system, combined with traditional strategic management steps, and buildsthe model of corporate strategic decision-making process from the perspective of chaoticevolution. On the other words, the best strategic decision-making point is identified by themonitoring system, and the optimal strategic option is selected by the strategicdecision-making method used chaos principle, and then, with the changes of the environmentin the corporate strategic decision-making system, the dynamic self-optimization of thestrategic decision-making process is achieved; Thirdly, the corporate strategicdecision-making system monitoring function is built using chaotic neural network; Fourthly,the factors influencing the process of strategic decision-making are analyzed, and attractor ofthe corporate strategic decision-making system is identified. The degree of separationbetween the attractor and strategic options is caculated. That one has lest degree is the beststrategic option; Finally, after being evaluated the effect of the strategic decision usedbalanced scorecard. If expectations are not met, the strategic options are updated. Whendramatic changes in the external environment, the monitoring index system is updated.Combined with static decision, the dynamic self-optimization model is built. Self-optimizingprotection mechanism is considered through three aspects of the structure, capability andculture.
