The enterprise strategy management is a complex science, which involves the complexity and indefiniteness of the environment, the complexity of the multilevels, multiunits, multifunction and multigoals for the organization system, the nonlinearity and the indefiniteness of the forecast, policy-making and the control, the asymmetry of the information, the unbalance and chaos of the enterprise system, interaction among various factors as well as the complexity in the process of self-organization and self-adaptation in the correlation with the complex environment. Enterprise strategic synergy mechanism is the running mechanism and working in which the strategy makes all of subsystems cooperate to create an enhanced combined effect in order to improve the adaptability to the environment in the development of enterprise system. Enterprise synergy mechanism exhibits as it helps subsystems work harmoniously, cooperat and inter-promot, to enhance the enterprise's adaptability and controlling capability through adjusting their interactions. Constructing strategic synergy mechanism and optimizing its forming, running, resource allocation, and control would help to strengthen and improve the systematicness, and scientificness of strategic management continuously, and lead enterprise to a better Sustainable Growth. With enterprise strategic management theory as the basis, and synergetic and chaos theory as the main methods, this dissertation makes enterprise strategic synergy mechanism and synergy mechanism optimization as the researching lemma and the researching core respectively. This dissertation mainly focuses on the forming, running and controlling of strategic synergy mechanism, and the improvement and application of chaos optimization from following aspects:1 This dissertation studies the complexity of strategic system with the information entropy model, and the chaos with the Li-Yorke theorem and the Logistic equation, which are the premises of strategic synergy mechanism. It also analyses the interior motivity, exterior inducement and effects of evolution of strategic synergy with synergy theory, synergy evolution model and the model based on Logistic evolution equation respectively.2 In this dissertation, it presents the definition of strategic synergy mechanism, analyses the consistency between internal and external synergy and researches the openness and adaptation of enterprise with dissipative structure theory and the model construction of stimulation, consciousness and response. Through constructing order parameter model and focusing model, this dissertation also studies the forming and optimization of strategic synergy mechanism and the numerical simulation.3 Constructing the running model of strategic synergy mechanism, this dissertation analyses the key points of strategic from three dimensions which are structure, ability and culture. With synergy optimization and chaos optimization method for the reference, this dissertation also designs the optimal framework and the running optimization of strategic synergy mechanism, put forwards an improved chaos particle swarm optimization algorithm and makes the numerical stimulation toward resource allocation.4 With structure, ability and culture as three dimensions, this dissertation constructs a test model of enterprise strategic synergy degree and makes the numerical stimulation. It also analyses the statistic laws of validity for strategic synergy, constructs the framework of strategic control with balanced scorecard and makes strategic performance and control model with the method of entropy meanwhile carrying out numerical stimulation.
