The development of service industry in various countries rapidly,has become the largest sector in many countries in the field of economy,from traditional service industry, health and education to the new serviceindustry such as telecom and transportation development. Serviceindustry employment is strong, not only giving a country to bring a largenumber of employment opportunities and increasing national income,and many other services, finance and telecommunications sector as animportant input factor, improve the production of other goods andservices. Therefore, the efficiency of service sector could increaseeconomic benefits is the most important in the whole country.Similarly, trade in services has been growing rapidly. In recent years,all countries are on the rise in the total size of the service trade, manydeveloping countries agree: efficiency due to its domestic serviceindustry is low, the lack of competitiveness, so, once the liberalization oftrade in services, will fail miserably. The show, most developingcountries still has a significant benefit from a more open trade inservices.Since the reform and opening up, China’s service trade has gonefrom a start to the growing process, comparison of world and even in some areas has.Employment has been one of the most concerned aboutlivelihood issues in China, the development of service trade can help tosolve the employment problem of structural in china. The demand ofservice trade of energy resources is relatively small, especially thetechnical personnel efficiency greatly, and energetically develop servicetrade is conducive to promoting the strategic adjustment of economicstructure,promote the transformation of the development pattern ofChina’s foreign trade. Trade in services, technology, design, creative,distribution,environmental, legal, insurance, communication and otheremerging service trade, the transformation and upgrading ofmanufacturing industry has to, to increase the employment of universitystudents, the knowledge talented person’s role play. Therefore, to studythe relationship between service trade and employment, a good guidancefor understanding the trade status and current employment status, on theother hand, provides practical help for employment in China opened anew path.Adopting the method of combining theoretical analysis andempirical analysis is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction part, the article was introduced.This chapter discusses the research background and significance; thedomestic and overseas literature on trade in services employment effectof simple carding and review; to clarify the research ideas and methods,innovation and defects and deficiencies. The introduction of themacro grasp, and lay the foundation for the deeper research analysis.The second chapter explains the basic theory about the employmenteffects of service trade. The service trade fourth way cross-borderpayments, consumption abroad, commercial presence and movement ofnatural persons as the main line, analyzes the impact onemployment.Various modes of trade in services is to affect employmentthrough there sources of different elements, a country must according totheir own national conditions with a focus on the development of trade,trade in services selection.The third chapter focuses on the analysis of service tradedevelopment status of world, our country and our employment situation.At the same time from service trade based on the perspective ofemployment, the service trade development in China were studied bySWOT analysis,aims to further combining China practical, focused,orderly development of China’s service trade, the employment effects ofservice trade has been widely extended.The fourth chapter is mainly through the linear regression model forthe relationship between employment services trade and service trade onservices, import and export trade on employment has a positiveimpact;then select the insurance, the construction industry as arepresentative of the emerging service trade sectors and the traditional service trade sectors, respectively, using linear regression model the totalimport and export trade and employment are analyzed, found that thetraditional service trade import and export of employment effects aresmaller than the emerging service trade, that China should vigorouslyoptimize the development of service trade, need to develop new servicetrade to expand employment.The fifth chapter according to current situation of our countryservice trade structure, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions: the traditional service trade industry andemerging service industry.Study on the final conclusion with basically in line withexpectations, the advantage lies in the service trade of new and traditionalclassification, from two aspects of service trade development in Chinaand puts forward some countermeasures. However, this article only fromthe new service trade and traditional trade in services in a selected anindustry as a representative, the representativeness of the sample is notenough.In this paper, with reference to many documents about the "Researchon service trade and employment" at home and abroad, also drawsheavily on data Chinese Bureau of Ministry of Commerce, the Chinese.In addition to the use of empirical analysis, literature reference, also usedthe experience summary method, case analysis method and other conventional methods, main purpose is based on the situation of ourcountry according to our promoting employment in services offered tohelp.
