Study On Evaluation System Of Our Country Enterpirse Strategy Execution

This paper mainly focuses on the strategy execution, which is a core concept.Firstly, basing on the existing literature, this paper has defined the connotation of thestrategy execution and summarized the components of the strategic execution, thispaper has also described the present situation of our country enterprise strategyexecution; Secondly, according to the strategy execution elements, combining thestatus of China enterprise strategy execution obtains our country enterprise strategyexecution elements, through the research on the operation of all the elements, wedesign a set of evaluation index system to evaluate in our business strategy execution;Finally, we select the case company, using the evaluation index system of thestrategic execution in this paper and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method toevaluate the level of strategic execution of A company, we obtains the strategy of Acompany is weak implemented, this paper analyzed the causes of the results andproposed the solution countermeasure.Through the above research, this paper draws the following conclusion:(1) Connotation of strategic execution. Enterprise strategic execution is refers tocomprehensive ability of a company that the different management level, the variousbusiness units, each staff of the company, through a set of effective system, system,organization, culture or the technical method of operation and so on to effectiveintegrate all kinds of resources, implement of the strategic decision policies, measures,scheme plan mapped by the operator, and implement the enterprise’s strategic goal.(2) The status of the strategy execution of China enterprise. First, strategicconsensus "shrink"; Second, the work plan system is not perfect; Third, theorganization structure is not reasonable; Fourth, the information system is not perfect;Fifth, performance evaluation and incentive system badly associated with strategic;Sixth, feedback and strategic relevance is weak; Seventh, corporate culture becomes amere formality.(3) Our business strategy execution elements and evaluation index system.through the literature to sort out the strategy execution elements, Combing the statusof China enterprise strategy execution, we obtains our country enterprise strategyexecution elements, our country enterprise strategy execution consists of fourelements, which are strategic consensus, strategic cooperation, strategic control andexecutive culture; This paper have do the research on the operation of the four elements above,we obtain strategy execution evaluation index system to evaluate ourcountry enterprise.(4) A company strategic execution level is weak. the level of strategic executionof A was evaluated by the evaluation index system, using fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation method to calculate the A company strategic executive level of final scoreonly2.74points (out of5), the A company strategic execution level is weak. On theCountermeasures, through introduction of the Balanced Scorecard and strategy mapand other strategic management tools to effectively improve the level of strategyimplementation of A company.
