With the rapid development and changes of social productive forces, the social demand pattern and people's consumption concept, the nature of competition in today's business market is taking a revolutionary change, that is, the competition among enterprises turned to the pursuit of market share quality (the number of loyal customers) from the pursuit of market quality, so customer satisfaction analysis has become a key work of today's businesses, and the effectiveness of this work, as well as the analysis of the correct policy for enterprise's survival and development become of vital importance. Third Party Logistics is a new service industry. It directly affects the level of customer satisfaction, and customer buying decision. It also determines the enterprise's market share. In the fierce market competition, it has become very difficult for a growing number of third-party logistics companies to get competitive advantage by lowering costs. It is possible for them to occupy the market space only by improving service quality to win customer satisfaction. It is urgently needed for overall evaluation of customer satisfaction research conducted by a third party logistics to address the problem.However, international research on third-party logistics companies for customer satisfaction evaluation are few. In the industry, most third-party logistics enterprises are only using general industry satisfaction measurement methods of evaluation, and there are many small and medium sized logistics enterprises have yet to establish their own customer satisfaction measurement system.This thesis described the research background, domestic and international customer satisfaction research status, and special combining third-party logistics and antecedents of customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction evaluation index system. Because there are customer satisfaction index system and customer satisfaction index, and China tends to develop a unified standard of national customer satisfaction model, we use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for the Yuansan Logistics Limited Company of Jinan as a simple measurement and analysis esample in the this paper. Finally, we put up a third-party logistics model to enhance the feasibility of countermeasures customer satisfaction. This paper shows there some value with the positive method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of customer satisfaction so this paper has some practical significance.The purpose of this paper is to provide a Customer Satisfaction Evaluation reference for third-party logistics enterprises in China in order to improve China's third-party logistics enterprise's competitiveness.
