Feasibility Study Of New Reserve Project In Ganzhou Depot Of The State Grain Reserve

China’s large population, huge demand for food resources. Therefore, strengthening the food building has become an important measure of the relationship between people’s livelihood, it also has great strategic significance. The construction of grain storage as a link of food construction production, reserves, supply to play the role of a connecting. Grain storage building is not only implement the principles and policies of the countries to strengthen the construction of food security, better able to effectively mitigate the lack of grain storage capacity to play a regional resource advantages of the grain-producing areas, improve the layout and structure of the grain storage facilities. Thereby enhancing the overall agricultural production capacity, increase farmers’income.In this article, we combine the theoretical knowledge with project evaluation, using some relevant data, to evaluate the project of new storage establishment in Ganzhou of the state grain reserve, so as to demonstrate the significance and feasibility of this project. The article first introduced the background and necessity of the project’s construction projects; Secondly, briefly described the theoretical knowledge of project evaluation; Then, from the economic point of view, a brief introduction to the technical requirements of construction related areas; Finally, combining the financial statements, discusses the necessity and feasibility of the project, and the expect of social benefits and economic returns.
