In the main trend of producer services today, the city has gradually become an importantcarrier of producer services cluster development. Grasping the influencing factors of producerservices agglomeration and carrying out targeted adjustment measures, which has greatsignificance for structural optimization and function transformation in city. This paper consists of four parts. First of all, on the basis of defining research object of thisarticle, it summarizes research results of scholars at home and abroad. Second, an adjustedlocation quotient is used to calculate the degree of cluster of producer services in general and thevarious segments of the industry. Then, through the establishment of evaluation index system ofproducer services development, we sort and make comparative analysis of different cities. Finally, by selecting the panel data of19central cities from2004to2011, it conducts anempirical research on the five influence factors of producer services cluster. The main conclusions: first, the extent of producer services cluster continues to deepen andconcentrates in central city with good infrastructure. Second, from the overall perspective, human capital, the lever of urbanization, manufacturing agglomeration and the informatizationlevel have a positive influence on cluster of producer services. Among them, the first two factorshave the greatest impact. The expansion of government scale is not conducive to the producerservices cluster. Third, from the aspect of sub-sectors, information services, research services andfinancial industry in the central city have a higher degree of concentration, while leasing services, transportation and warehousing industry have a lower degree of concentration. Human capitaland manufacturing agglomeration level have a positive effect on producer services, but thepromoting effect of the former is more obvious. The influence of urbanization level andinformatization level on producer services is still not quiet sure. Government scale factor has anegative effect and unfavourable for industry agglomeration.
