On The Impact Of Fdi On Producer Services Areas Of Central China Empirical Research

Under the background of economic globalization, the knowledge informationintensive producer service is facing great development opportunity when the era ofservice economy came. With the rapid growth of developed countries and regionsproducer services, foreign capital’s entering provides strong support for thedevelopment of the manufacturing industry, speeded up the pace of the upgrading ofthe industrial structure and promoted the economic another round of fast growth.However, our producer services is still in the primary development stage and theamount of foreign direct investment its attracting is the proportion of the relativelylower in the total amount. The central part in which the producer service industryhaving a lower starting point is facing the industry foundation’s weak, the limitingfactors and some other issues. Therefore, based on the specific location and economicfoundation，I analysis the influence of the central region’s FDI on the producerservices, and the opportunities and constraints the producer services is facing togive the corresponding proposal on choosing the development route of producerservices FDI in central region.This paper through processing the statistical data of FDI of the whole country andthe six provinces in central part from 1995-2010 and making use of the inspectionmethod of granger causality tests to analysis the influences of FDI on producerservice industry of central part in all aspects. I intend to focus on the analyzing of theinfluence of the FDI in central region on the overall economic growth, employmentand foreign trade and other aspects of producer services, based on the empiricalanalysis to give related suggestions on using FDI to put forward the development ofproducer services in central region. There five parts in my paper. The first part is theintroduction which mainly talked about the theoretical and realistic significance ofchoosing this topic and summarized the related research achievements of the domesticand overseas scholars. The second part is the theoretical analysis which focused onsummarizing the related theory on using of producer services FDI and defining therelated concepts and category of the central regions, FDI and producer serviceindustry, explaining simply the reasons of FDI in productive service sector. The thirdpart is the general introduction, introduced the development course and the presentsituation of the use of FDI of producer service industry in central region through alarge amount of data and evidence compared description method. The fourth part isthe empirical analysis which mainly talks about the influence of FDI in central regionon economic growth, employment and international trade of producer service industryfrom quantitative view. The fifth part based on qualitative and quantitative analysisresults of the preceding chapters and induction and countermeasures study methods togive the strategies on pushing the development of the use of FDI of producer servicesin central region.
