A Study On Management&Business Modle Of H Duty Free Shopping Mall

Basing on in-depth system review of the studies on companies business model ofZ group, and learning from the successful cases and mature experience of theduty-free shop operation at home and abroad, this paper analyzed the current businessmodels of Z group’s duty-free shops and compared with the similar format businessmodels abroad.Business mode of H international duty-free shopping center works fundamentallydifferent with Z group previously operated port duty-free shops and small local shopdowntown. Z group, the very first time, acts as a self-owned properties role, morethan a simple tenant as it used to be. How to formulate and design an efficient andproper business model and managing structure and make it better serve the operationsof H international duty-free shopping center, brings Z group, the old SOE without anyproperties management experience, a huge challenge.Based on a systematical and in-depth review of the business model andcorporation management structure, this paper will take example of mall of America,Europe Shopping Center and Mall of Asia, and focus on summarizing, analyzing,comparing the origin and development of shopping malls with different operatingmodes. Learned successful story and mature experience from world-renowned cityDFS Galleria Hong Kong, Seoul, Lotte mall, combined with policy characteristics,current situation and future development of tourism market in Sanya, the developmentstrategy of Z group, present operating status and sales volume of Sanya D Duty Freemall, this paper aimed to build a proper business model of H to well match thedevelopment strategy of Z group, and further design a managing and organizationalstructure, department functions, operating management mode.
