The Financial Synthetic Evaluation Research About The New Paper Project Of Hebei Changtai

This article aims to analyze the feasibility of investment projects from the start anduse the mature methods of the financial evaluation in investment projects.Combining thestatus of the project and using the prevailing international and domestic theories aboutfinancial assessment evluation, this paper analyzes the various cost, profit,tax levels,which during the period of investment and construction on the project, the project,s cashflow and return estimates.It also analyzes the profitability， liquidity and sensitivityinvolved in this project investment decision-making process，reasonably assess the projectrisk level of such items as the contents of the financial assessment，and comprehensivelyevaluate the static and dynamic financial state of the project. In all，this paper providesinvestment decision-making based on the scientific analysis.First of all, according to the research results at home and abroad, combined with theproject of basic situation, the project construction background and significance, researchscope and product solutions, etc., the scale of production and market of product demandconditions are briefly analyzed.Secondly, this article make a comprehensive and thorough analysis from three aspects,including the profitability, the national economy and uncertainty. The financial aspects ofthe project are complete and reasonable assessment.Thirdly, the article(paper) distinguishes not only the aspect with the nationalenvironmental protection principles of policies and laws, but also the consistent standar ofenvironmental protection industry and its contribution to the national economy as theevaluation. At the same time, the paper identifies the key of the project that may riskcategories and levels, and uncertainty analysis is carried out for the project.Finally, on the basis of analyzing the comprehensive financial evaluation of theproject, the paper proposes the decision that the investor has good economic efficiency,reasonable financial risk and good financial feasibility.
