With the development of market economy, to maintain and improve customersatisfaction is an important condition for today’s enterprises to maintain competitiveadvantage, and for this issue, domestic and foreign scholars have done a lot of study,but previous studies are mostly limited to model building and correction, very few toexplore the drivers and the mechanism of customer satisfaction of a particularindustry or market in depth, especially in emerging shoes custom markets.Based on the collection and collation of relevant literature, this article took industrycharacteristics of shoes custom market and characteristics of customer demand intoaccount, initially obtained factors of customer satisfaction of shoes customizedservices, then built a customer satisfaction index of shoes customized services, andthen design a questionnaire on shoes customized services. By the issuance andrecovery of the questionnaire, this article obtained relevant data of an empiricalanalysis, and in the process of empirical analysis, used mainly statistical methods ofdata processing, factor analysis and reliability analysis to determine the impact ofcustomer satisfaction shoe customization factors; correlation analysis and PLSregression analysis identified factors shoe customization of customer satisfaction andimpact the direction; variance analysis to determine the traditional leather shoesmarket and consumer behavior custom shoes market concerns the similarities anddifferences.Finally, the paper concluded: customer satisfaction factors of shoes custom servicecan be summarized as corporate image, daily use, heart evaluation and supportservices in four areas, their shoes are custom services have a positive impact customersatisfaction, But there are differences of degree, and the size of the impact has beensorted. Meanwhile, customers of different backgrounds have different perceptions ofsatisfaction. Given the above analysis, this article on the shoe customizationrecommendations to improve customer satisfaction, including reasonable pricing,focusing on functional changes, popular consumer group, expand sales channels,highlighting the features and customized services to create brand six, hope to providea reference implementation of custom shoes.
