In recent years, China has increased rapidly expanding market demand for powergrid construction and investment, power transmission equipment, prompting thetransformer industry has been developing rapidly. Huge power construction funds andfierce competition in the industry year after year to S transformer bring opportunitiesand challenges.In an increasingly competitive modern society, buying behavior from a seller’smarket has already turned into a buyer’s market, customer relationship has beenunprecedented attention. In this paper, a study is currently active in many countries,the use of macroeconomic indicators and quality evaluation-Customer SatisfactionIndex (CSI), based on the theoretical study and research, combined with thetransformer industry practice, as the evaluation using structural equation modelingmethods to build customer-oriented transformer industry customer satisfaction indexmodel, and the model is applied to S transformer Co., Ltd., Guangzhou evaluation ofcustomer satisfaction. On the basis of the model China Customer Satisfaction Index,building transformer industry customer satisfaction evaluation system, and designed atransformer satisfaction survey program; through questionnaires, the S companyimplemented customer satisfaction surveys, using SPSS and AMOS softwareprocessing data, model fitting and correction, to obtain the final evaluation model;Finally, the model explained by a combination of quantitative and qualitative analysismethods and empirical research on specific issues will affect the path and impact ofthe actual situation satisfactory value chain and S company linked to evaluate thecompany’s current customer satisfaction, and to identify the key factors affectingcustomer satisfaction, put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions toenhance the S Corporation customer satisfaction.
