In addition, the own characteristics of Express due to the casethat violation of national laws increased in recent years, especially intellectualproperty rights, drugs and other non-traditional enforcement cases is significantgrowing, brought a lot of problems to the Customs. The working principle of theCustoms is clearly that to promote development, Post’s security and stabilityrelates to the country’s political, economic and communication security.Therefore, Customs need to get rid of the existing problems, Strengthen efforts tocombat illegal smuggling, at the same time to take concrete measures to promotethe sustainable development of EMS, efforts to improve the competitiveness ofpostal enterprises.So in this paper, through the perspective of front-line customs officers, learna large number of the basis of available information, according to the actualsituation of EMS in Heilongjiang, based on actual supervision, accordance withthe research ideas that first theoretical study, combined with practical analysis,and finally to propose a solution, discuss the Customs’ work environment in thefuture, seek the direction of future for the Customs, strive to grasp the inherentregularity; find out the key issues in practical, focus on how to effectivelyimprove the ability of the actual supervision methods, actively through thepractical and effective measures; improve the ability of monitoring andeffectively strengthen supervision and the actual efficiency of customs clearance.Hope that the author’s study can play a positive role in the actual supervision.
