In recent decades, China’s auto industry entered a rapid growth stage. T heNational Bureau of Statistics of China issued the latest statistics showing that thequantity of domestic civil motor vehicle reached closely to121million in2012,14.3%more than the quantity in2011. Customers have to frequently go to the gasstation to refuel their cars. Due to the oil market opening, oil companies facedfierce competition. The happy days of oil companies when they made hugeprofits with extensive management has passed away. Only those companies thathave the professional advantage and fine management to maximize theirpotential can remain invincible in the competition of oil market.In the serious situation, gas stations have to enhance management level ofenterprises, reduce the labour cost, and improve operation efficiency through fineemployment management. How can the gas stations push on with fineemployment management? This will be the issue and the problem that we willface.Through the research on Petrochina-NK gas stations, this paper analyzescauses and the existing problems of gas stations employment management,utilizes fine management thoughts, Gap model of service quality, service profitchain, Delphi technique and time measurement to recognize in depth the businessprocess optimization and the control of man-hours waste, solve the lowefficiency and man-hours waste problems of gas stations and improve the fineemployment management. This paper probes into the supporting systems ofimplementation of fine employment management from the aspects of enterprisemechanism, policy, culture construction and property management. These are thestrong supports for the implementation of fine employment management ofPetrochina-NK gas station and for the improvement of the core competitivenessof company.This paper can be the reference for similar Petro enterprises to improve thefine employment management.
