By the impact of international financial crisis,the growth rate of Chinaautomobile market declined obviously in2008.The first ten of the70domesticautomobile enterprise group sales accounted for more than85%of total sales.Thecar industry is a high investment, high technical level and scale benefitindustry.Many domestic car companies do not have enough power of car coretechnology research and development, leading to the waste of resourcesserious.Although China have the biggest automobile industry in the world, but theoverall level has a big distance between the world automobile enterprise.In order toadjust the industrial structure, optimize the allocation of resources, in April2009,the country has issued "automobile industry adjust revitalization planning", to speedup the car industry merger and reorganization.The market share of more than90%of the automobile enterprise group reduced to10of less than from the current14.Encourage the FAW, DFM, SAIC, CCAG and other large automobile enterpriseto reorganize in the nationwide.Through the reorganization, form three to fiveinternationally competitive large automobile enterprise group, to adjust theindustrial structure, improve the core competitive ability.This paper will be based on the CCAG restructuring events in2009analysisand summary, reveals the strategy that the CCAG has took, and summarizes theproblems in the process of restructuring to provide reference for China’s automobileindustry in the next few years.This paper is divided into four parts altogether.Thefirst part introduces the background and significance of the topic, and from theory,this paper discusses the corporate restructuring agent, as well as in enterpriserestructuring of current research situation at home and abroad; The second partmainly introduces the CCAG group and to participate in the reorganization of theenterprise’s main conditions; The third part compare the index of restructuringbefore and last of the event, such as the strategic planning, the reorganization of theenterprise management, the function of government in China, to reveal the existingproblems of CCAG reorganization, and get some revelation; The fourth part providesome countermeasures and suggestions for the restructuring problems that thedomestic automobile enterprise may meet in the future. This paper mainly adopts the method of case analysis, draw lessons fromCCAG restructuring case to our country automobile industry restructuringactivities.In view of the reorganization of the existing in strategic planning,management strategy, government role of comprehensive analysis, this paper putsforward his own opinions and suggestions for the future.Hope to provide somevaluable reference for China’s automobile industry restructuring activities, andavoid appear similar problem that affect the effectiveness of restructuring....
