With the increasingly fierce competition in the international market, the traditionalmanagement systems and methods have gradually no longer applied, especially for oilfieldenterprises. The low-cost of human resources and high yield of oil exploration advantagesduring early stage have gradually disappeared. Advantages in cost management is becomingmore and more obviously. First, based on the cost management theory, try to describe thecurrent situation of the domestic and international cost management, make some necessarycomment on cost management status quo at home and abroad, and research results in the areaof cost management at home and abroad. By comparison, the study of cost management inChina has achieved some results, but when comparing with foreign countries, there is still notsmall gap between the two ones. On the other hand, taking that the oil and mining companiesbelong to a special industry into account, its cost management has some difference with thatof general corporates. So this need get out of the differences of the oil companies, and withthe differences, use different cost management measures. Considering the above two aspects,take the Oil Production Plant of China Petrochemical Corporation (referred to as the DX OilProduction Plant) for example, we discovered that there are some problems with the costmanagement of the corporation, for example, petroleum exploitation in the process of costmanagement through the analysis of petroleum exploitation operation and Cost Managementthe existence of the concept of cost management is relatively weak, close coordinationbetween departments, corporate cost structure due to science and assessment methods.Subsequently, with the combination of advanced cost management methods, combined withthe actual situation of China Petroleum&Chemical Corporation Oil Production Plant, comeup with the measures of changing the traditional concept of cost management for theseexisting problems, improving department coordination, optimizing cost accounting methodsand a series of optimization DX Oil Production Factory cost management principles andcountermeasures. Finally, integrating full-text analysis,we process corresponding conclusions.
