The Research Of The Supply Chain Finance On E-commerce

This thesis first described the supply chain finance concepts anddefinitions, and then the supply chain finance characteristics were analyzedat both positive and negative aspects, we found potential advantages fordevelopment meanwhile also at risk. Through the comparision of supplychain finance with traditional credit finance, the comparision of finance onsupply chain with finance on non-supply chain, we highlighted thecharacteristics of supply chain finance. Through the course of developmentof the supply chain finance review, I learned the quick speed of itsdevelopment, the bank actively involved in the development of relatedfinancial products, which provided effective solution to the difficult problemof SME loans.In this thesis, which focused on introducing the supply chain finance one-commerce in detail, the mode was the fastest growing currently, mostcharacteristic, and the most convenient operation. Through the research ofthe case of the supply chain finance on e-commerce project fromJOINT-HARVEST company which the author was worked in andJINGDONG company, we realised the project development background, theapplication process, the operating steps, the cost of capital, the liquidity,and the interests of the pros and cons, the extensive analysis showed thecurrent status of the supply chain finance on e-commerce and broaddevelopment road in the future.Finally, this thesis described the various aspects of supply chain financedevelopment prospects, and made some suggestions for it.
