A Case Of Shijiazhuang Yiling Pharmaceutical Company Valuation Research

With the development of market economy, the demand of enterprise valuablemanagement is increasing constantly, and more and more investors and managers layemphasis on the research of enterprise value assessment. Research on enterprise valueassessment is not only conducive to investors to make correct assessment of the company’scurrent market price, but also can make the value investors understand the company’s futuregrowth potential and value.This paper is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction, mainlyintroduces the background, purpose and significance, research on enterprise valuableassessment and a brief overview of domestic and foreign scholars. The second part is anoverview of the theory of enterprise valuable evaluation. Mainly introduces the concept ofenterprise value assessment methods, including discounted cash flow model, the law ofeconomic profit and relative value method of three methods; the third part mainlyintroduces the development of the pharmaceutical industry in China and YiLingpharmaceutical management status in Shijiazhuang and its main financial data, equitystructure and strategic analysis. Three methods for the fourth part of the discounted cashflow model is given, the law of economic profit and relative value method for theassessment of the value, the results show that, with high estimation Yiling pharmaceuticalcompany value earnings, the cash flow valuation Yiling pharmaceutical company value islow, and the economic value added valuation Yiling pharmaceutical company the value ofthe most close to the actual value. This paper carries on the analysis to the differentvaluable results, may explain why differences, advantages and disadvantages are analyzedand their applicable scope, and finally puts forward the way to improve Yilingpharmaceutical enterprises valuable proposition.
