The M group’s current financial and strategic objectivesto do a comprehensive integration, the internal organizational structure and internalprocess to do a full analysis, the M group has established a comprehensive balance andmeet the requirements of the development of M group performance evaluation system,mainly is to use the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) framework and the customer, internalbusiness process, learning and growth of these three non-financial indexes, and thenthe economic value added (EVA) financial indicators into the balance on the balancescorecard scorecard at the top and, so as to play the EVA index on the financial results of the objective and effective evaluation and comprehensive evaluation clear thenon-financial index.
