Based on theresearch of scholars at home and abroad, combining the method of empirical research and thetheoretical analysis, this article deep researched the influence of the intellectual capital and itsconstituent elements on enterprise performance, so as to look forward to the results ofcorrelation analysis of enterprises can provide better suggestions on the management ofintellectual capital and Strategy formulation.351China’s high-tech enterprises were selected as the research object in this paper, and66listed companies of textile garment industry as control group were studied, using the valueadded intellectual coefficient method (VAIC) to measure the intellectual capital, selecting16financial indicators which indicate the company’s operating ability, debt paying ability,development and ability profitability, and using the method of factor analysis to classify theseinto six principal component factors, through the weighted average method, finally it isconcluded that the comprehensive value of enterprise performance as a substitution variableof enterprise performance. Then with the descriptive statistical analysis, simple correlationanalysis, partial correlation analysis,regression analysis and stability test on the data by theSPSS17.0statistical software. Finally draws the following conclusion: The influence ofintellectual capital and its composition essential factor is different on different industries.Among them, the intellectual capital, human capital and structure capital have a significanteffect on enterprise performance for China’s high-tech enterprises and the textile and garmententerprises, but also the advantages of high-tech enterprises in human capital significantlyhigher than the textile and garment enterprises; The structure capital of the high-techenterprise has a significant positive effect on enterprise performance, while the structurecapital of the textile and garment enterprises has a negative effect,; Although the relationalcapital of high-tech enterprises also has positive correlation with the enterprise performance,is not significant,while the relational capital of the textile and garment enterprise has asignificant positive effect on enterprise performance.Finally, according to the results of thisstudy, there are some suggestions as follows. |
