Research On The Performance Evaluation Of High-tech Enterprise Intellectual Capital

As a sustainable development times, intellectual economy is based on the intellectual capital. In this era, high-tech enterprises will determine the development level of the competitiveness of the country. Compared with the traditional capital, the intellectual capital has replaced the traditional production factors. The enterprise intellectual capital demand is gradually increased, and the contribution of intellectual capital in enterprise value creation process is more and more important, especially for the contribution of relatively high technology enterprises. As a result, it is very important to evaluate its value creation ability and potential ability. The performance valuation of intellectual capital is the center of this paper.To complete the performance evaluation of the high-technology enterprise intellectual capital, it is elaborated separately from the following several steps. At first, it is consulted about the performance evaluation related literature of intellectual capital at home and abroad, and summarized and classified. It is defined about high technology enterprise of the connotation and characteristics, and analyzed high technology enterprises at home and abroad and the influence factors of high-technology enterprise performance, and it is obtained that high-tech enterprise intellectual capital research of the performance evaluation of necessity, finally expounds the performance evaluation difficulty of high technology enterprise intellectual capital. This paper expounds the performance evaluation of the high-technology enterprise intellectual capital framework, including the process of the construction of the high-technology enterprise intellectual capital of the performance evaluation of connotation, target, content, principles and procedures. Based on high technology enterprise knowledge capital performance evaluation content is divided into four parts:human capital performance, structure capital performance, innovation capital performance and relationship capital performance. Then, this paper studies from the intellectual capital of various elements angles to study the intellectual capital, reflects the overall performance of the intellectual capital each factors changing situation and development trend, relative to the individual perspective from the intellectual capital for overall performance, it is the higher levels of evaluation. This chapter basically is the intellectual capital evaluation index selection, screening and evaluation standard, rating method choice, finally established the human capital performance, structure capital performance, innovation capital performance and relationship capital performance evaluation index system. At last, with ZTE-LTD as a case, the enterprise intellectual capital of the performance evaluation system for empirical research, thus it puts forward the improvement of enterprise intellectual capital performance four suggestions for enterprise managers.This paper mainly uses the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the analytic hierarchy process is used to beg weight and a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the intellectual capital, at last, it concludes the overall performance of high technology enterprise intellectual capital performance evaluation value formula. So it overcomes existing intellectual capital performance evaluation model, and translates the limitations of some uncertainty and fuzzy index into digital, so that it is more suitable for quantitative and operation.
