Study On Current Condition And Construction Of Enterprise Credit Supervising System

Credit is the foundation of China’s Socialist Market Economy. Enterprise flawinfluences China’s economy and society development, and becoming the most crucialelement which restrict China’s economy. Therefore, enterprise credit supervising ismore and more important. But China’s enterprise credit supervising system is still notgood enough and has a lot of problems, such as unsound legal system, lack ofenterprise credit information to the public, different bureaus’ cooperation not well.The Administration for Industry and Commerce is a crucial government agency andshould play a leading role in enterprise credit supervision. But at present, it works notwell.This article has applied some research techonics such as literature review,interdisciplinary research, quantity analysis and the way of qualitative analysis. Itstudies on China’s enterprise credit current situation, the reasons of enterprise flaw,the current situation and problem of enterprise credit supervision, leading model ofChina’s enterprise credit supervision, the Administration for Industry and Commerce’srole, function and operation mode in enterprise credit supervising. This article takesTianjin Administration for Industry and Commerce as a sample to propose some newmode and new way for China’s enterprise credit supervision to improve it and found acredit society.
