Credit is an important feature of the market economy as well as an important manifestationof economic activity in the trading relationship and transaction capabilities. Nowadays, creditrelationship has been expanded to almost all areas of social life and transaction, and credittransactions have increasingly become the main form of economic transactions.For enterprises, the credit activity bring benefits to them in product sales, expansion of themarket, reducing transaction costs and development of enterprise collaboration, which greatlyenhance the management capacity of enterprises. On the other hand, the credit activity increasesa certain degree of risk of payment transactions, especially under the trend of internationalizationof the economy; enterprises are facing greater credit risk. Therefore, it is an important foundationof improving the viability and competitiveness of enterprises to strengthen management ofenterprise credit and credit transactions’ risk, which is an important part of modern businessmanagement, and also an important prerequisite for stable and rapid economic development.It starts from the organizational structure model of credit management departments in this article,the advantages and disadvantages are analyzed of the different modes of the structure, whoseapplicable types of enterprises are summarized. Several mainstream management mode areintroduced, such as3+1Science Credit Management Mode, Dual Chain-wide Process ControlMode and Full Credit Management Mode. Lenovo Shanghai Branch is analyzed as objects inorder to guide enterprises in the choosing, innovation and improvement of credit managementmodel according to their own characteristics, which proves to be the most effective.
