Agriculture as the foundation of national economy for sustainable economic and socialdevelopment would have a negligible effect. With economic development, China’sagriculture is gradually transformed, production gradually transition to modern intensive,and ecological plantation as a kind of modern intensive agriculture, showing rapiddevelopment momentum. Ecological plantation is both a major high-tech agriculturalproductivity, the forefront of transforming traditional agriculture, but also the agriculturalhigh-tech industrialization carrier. Thus, ecological plantation development and constructionof new China to promote the formation and development of agriculture, accelerateagricultural modernization, technology and processes have significant practical and strategicsignificance for the conservation of resources, the realization of farmers increase production,practice the scientific concept of development and building a "beautiful China "also has animportant role.In this paper, we use the basic method of enterprise strategic management to researchZhaotian ecological technology plantation. Firstly, we do a deeply analysis on its externalenvironment, such as the macro environment, industry environment and industrycompetition, and internal resources and ability condition, and then knowing the externalopportunities and threats and internal advantages and disadvantages. Secondly, we make thedecision of its development path and model choice by considering its further planning.Finally, according to the layout principle which takes the sustainable and all-rounddevelopment as its final goal, we make the suitable development strategy which couldprovide solutions and effective method for its sustainable development.
