With the increasing people’s standard of living,tourism has become in the leisure timemore and more people choose to. As the core of tourism scienic spots has becomeincreasingly strong. LM tourism scenic spot is located in Xingtai City,Hebei Province,theTaihang Mountains, after nearly ten years of development, has become a famous touristattractions in Xingtai City. In the face of fierce market competition, how to maintain itscompetitive advantage of scenic spots, grasp the market opportunity is very important toconsider.Dnicker said:"Today the competition between enterprises, has not the productcompetition,but competition between business models.” As a scenic area how to build theirown unique business model is very important.This topic from a strategic point of view, application of the theory of business model,strategic positioning theory, the theory of value chain, the demand and motivation theory,from two aspects of strategy and profit model has carried on the analysis to the scenic spotstatus, it also points out the existing problems of scenic areas of commercial pattern:tourism function, tourism products, single less scenic area propaganda is not enough, asingle profit model, has not formed a complete industrial value chain.In view of the above problems, the use of external environment analysis, SWOTanalysis, value chain analysis methods on the current political and economic policies of thestate, scenic spot opportunities and threats, tourism demand and motivation of productchain and tourists can be extended for further analysis and discussion, the redesign of thescenic of the scenic areas of the business model.1、The scenic strategic positioning design: The area was established as the “touristattractions and experiential tourism and culture and leisure area” and to expand the scope oftourism products, to the target market and positioning of target visitors.2、Are design of scenic profit model: Tourist route development characteristic,increase of experiential interactive project. The new love mountain cultural park project,and analyzed the feasibility of the project. Prolong the residence time in the scenic spot oftourists, the industrial chain “eat, live. Row, swim, shopping and entertainment” all aspectsof the income increase.Finally, made a comparative analysis of old and new business model for LM TourismScenic Area, point out the advantages and disadvantages of business model innovation, and carries out the comprehensive evaluation.
