In the current world economic globalization and rapid development of informationtechnology and the increasingly fierce market competition environment, iron and steelenterprises are facing more and more serious challenges and stress, the design and improveproduction safety management process become the iron and steel enterprise high riskindustry one of the important work in the process of operation. In this paper, from theperspective of operation management, theory combined with the actual case, AF steelcompany as an example, based on understanding the production process and the existingsecurity production management way, the category, the author found that AF company isstill in the traditional production safety management mode, operation of the system safetymanagement focus mainly on stage, safety in production management process to"post-processing" mode. Because of this mode has many shortcomings, accidents haveoccurred, to develop the management process of gradually away from the production andsafety management work stay in "system construction" state. The steel companies strugglesafety management object is not an accident, but the risks. Accurately perceived risk, so therisk from a controlled to the control, is the real security companies. Therefore, this articleis in the AF program designed to optimize safety management processes focus on thereasons for steel companies to consider frequent accidents, AF company’s existing securitymanagement model and how to optimize the safety management process can actually beused for AF company, whom play a role in the final proposed based preventive safetymanagement process optimization program risk management theory, and the core of thesafety management process and its objectives related to production safety managementprocesses, hazard control processes, human error management processes, accidentemergency rescue procedures, performance measurement and monitoring production safetymanagement processes are optimized.Then set and process optimization scheme for the enterprise matching various securitymeasures, and the process optimization scheme for the implementation effect evaluation, inorder to further enhance the level of enterprise safety production process efficiency andmanagement services, and effectively improve the whole supply chain management, reducecosts, improve product quality, strengthen enterprise competitiveness, and for other relatedenterprise safety production management process optimization to bring reference value.
