The Study On Impact Of Foreign Direct Investment In Services To Shan Dong’s Economy

Nowadays,foreign direct investment has become one of the important measures forinterdependence and mutual contacts between the world’s economies.Since China’saccession to the WTO,with the increasing amount of foreign direct investment,theproportion of service industry foreign direct investment is growing.Service industry foreigndirect investment become an indispensable part of foreign direct investment,the economicbenefits of it is significant.Shandong Province,as one of the active provinces in international trade in China,achievedgreat progress in the “Eleventh Five-Year” period,has achieved remarkable results.Thisarticle researches the economic effects in Shandong Province.Firstly qualitative analysishas been made on the development status of service FDI.Secondly,four aspects quantitativeresearches have been made,including the economic growth,employment effect,import andexport of industrial and structure effects.By establishing the model for quantitative analysis,we can conclude that service FDI affects the economy of Shandong Province positively.Inthe end of the thesis,we put forward several suggestions such as establishing a soundmanagement system and relevant services FDI regulations, accelerating the internalrestructure of service industry and sparing no effort to cultivate trade-related servicespersonnel.Only in these ways,can we attract the service FDI and accelerate the developmentof economy.This article has a strong theoretical and practical significance...
