However, compared with the cities in Chinese Eastern coastal and some cities of high opening degree, foreign direct investment in service sector of Anhui still exists problems in quantity and structure, etc. Thus, It is important for the overall development of the national economy in Anhui to study the economic effects of the using of FDI in service sector, analysis the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of Anhui province in the using of FDI, promote the optimization in structure. Based on the discussion on the applicability of international direct investment in the service sector, this paper makes a deep empirical analysis of the situation In Anhui. Research the economic effect on FDI in services by empirical test, and finally gives some countermeasures and Suggestions.At first, this paper introduces the goal as well as the significance of the research and the structure, research methods, innovation points and so on in the preface part; In the second chapter,this paper presents the theory basis of services foreign direct investment research. Give us the concept definition of service industry and foreign direct investment in service. Then analyzes the applicability of the classical in service sector, and introduce the empirical and theory studies afterward; The third chapter researches the present situation of FDI of service sector in Anhui, an the trends and industry distribution; In the fourth chapter, the author uses Ewies5.0 to research the economic effects of FDI in service sector in Anhui. It makes cointegration test and Granger test, then analyzes the relationship between the using of foreign direct investment in service sector in Anhui with the growth of service sector, the employment and the upgrading of the industrial structure. It shows that, there some differences between them. In the fifth chapter the author analyses the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of making use of foreign direct investment in service sector in Anhui province the by SWOT. It Points out that they have resources and environmental advantage in Anhui, and at the same time have the rapid development and the supportion of the government. Meanwhile, the deficiency of the openness, service industry development and the economic development level in Anhui also formed a kind of restriction. Thinking from the external condition, the development of global foreign direct investment in service sector and the supportion of national macro policies supply the chance for Anhui to make use of more foreign direct investment, and the state of some industries restrictions also pose a threat. In the sixth chapter, the author gives the countermeasures for us to make use of foreign direct investment according to the quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis in the government, the industry and the enterprise level.
